I am sharing you four steps of strategic execution. If you practice these four steps of strategic execution, you will become a first and fast mover from a slow and last mover."The strategy does not give success it gives execution".
1. Most Essential Goal:
Inversely, if you achieve the most essential goal, then other goals will come back automatically.
Listen a golden statement:
“Focus on what matters the most”.
To understand it deeply I will take an example.
Suppose you are require water, you have to drill 50 ft of well for that purpose. If you drill one feet at many places, can you obtain water?
No.
You have to drill all 50 ft at one place.
So first, write most essential goal of your department, division or organization.
2. Separate Effort Score and Result Score:
For which effort, what is your result score?
Let me explain this.
Suppose the match of India and Pakistan. Pakistan’s score is 399 for 50 overs. What should be the effort score of India to gain 400 runs?
The effort score is 8 runs per over and the result score is 400 runs in 50 overs.
3. Score Board:
“people play differently when they have a score board”.
People always try to win, if you make a score board their struggle will be two times.
Appreciate him/her on his better score. Ultimately numbers, figures and target will be in your hand, now you can engage people.
4. Weekly Review meeting:

What is TRA-TRS formula?
It is actually a framework.
Before review step you should derive rules.
Observe there is actually need of review step. Because we arrange meeting for reviews which can perform through email.
Japanese hold meeting standing around the table. They think setting chairs etc. is only waste of time.
Hold down to the agenda of meeting. Meeting should be on exact time and review cycle should keep on improvement cycle. Now I will tell you TRA-TRS Whenever you hold review meeting you should apply TRA-TRS formula.Your meeting will produce 100 percent result.
